By creating an account or using The Breach Ledger (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets you search publicly-known data-breach records for security research, monitoring your own exposure, and other lawful purposes. You may not use it to harass, stalk, dox, defraud, gain unauthorised access to any account or system, or otherwise break the law. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Access is sold as time-limited plans with a daily search quota. Plans are billed as one-time purchases granting a fixed period (weekly, monthly, or yearly); they do not auto-renew. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Breach data is provided “as is” from third-party sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and results should not be treated as a definitive record.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Breach Ledger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
