Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital service

Plans grant immediate access to a digital service (breach-record search). Because access and quota are provided instantly on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once searches have been used.

When we do refund

• You were charged in error or charged twice.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service and we could not resolve it.
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used any searches on the new plan.

No auto-renewal

Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the period expires unless you buy again.

How to request

Email support@example.com with your account email and order reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
